Our personalized protein rich nutrition plan…

High protein intake is key

Muscle is the body’s engine – it plays a critical role in determining body composition and metabolic function that regulates blood sugar and body fats. MedX’s Protein Rich Nutrition Plan is based on science that points to high protein intake as a key driver for building muscle.

Finding the optimal nutritional balance for your body

Following the MedX Nutrition Plan you’ll learn what works best for your body. Using the MedX evidence-based guidelines — included in the Plan — will help you:

  • Figure out an appropriate balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats — and make them part of your everyday diet. Taken together, they’re known as macronutrients and make up the energy content of your food. That energy is what most people call calories.

  • Identify high-quality sources of protein that work for you and make them part of your everyday intake.

  • Determining the optimal balance of food you eat. Metabolism and nutritional needs change over time. Your nutrition should reflect your current metabolic needs.

Stay on track with the MedX Nutrition App

Our MedX Nutrition App supports you in creating healthy habits. It’s part of our support system that helps keep you accountable. The app’s nutrition calculation tools make it easy to track progress on hitting your prescribed macronutrient and calorie targets.
